    Rates:    Sun - Sat ~ $140.00/night    Holiday Weekends ~ $165.00/night

                 Weekly rates ~ $900.00 - $1500.00    Monthly rate ~ $2500.00

    Minimum 2 night stay.  Deposit and cleaning fees based on number of occupants.  Pet deposit required.
