Nestled in the cool pines of Pinetop Country Club. Four bedrooms and 3 baths accommodates up to 11 overnight guests. Uniquely furnished with mountain home style furnishings. Recently remodeled with wood laminate flooring, new carpet and a private guest suite/bedroom with its own bathroom.

Loft with a pool table and bay window seats to nestle in while reading a good book. Fenced yard, wrap around deck and a wood burning fireplace. Imagine sitting by a crackling fire on a cold winter evening watching the snow fall.

Close to skiing/snowboarding at Sunrise Park Resort; fishing, boating and horseback riding are nearby; drive your ATVs into the national forest within walking distance! Don't forget a great sledding hill that is very close to our cabin!

****This cabin is our family's second home and is a NON-SMOKING home. We rent this home with the expectation that our guests treat the home as if they were staying in a friend's house.****

Weekend nights $250 / Weekday nights $180

Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years ... $300/night (4 night minimum)
There is a 2 night minimum stay on all rentals .. Sales tax not included
Rates based on eight person occupancy.  Add $15/person per night thereafter.
The Cleaning fee is $90 and the refundable damage deposit is $350
Check in time 3 pm  ...  Check out time 11 am
