    Enjoy your stay in our beautifully furnished and spacious town home. It is 1800 square feet with 3 bedrooms (3rd bedroom is a loft) and 3 baths - just steps from the water's edge in the exclusive gated community of "The Shores".

    "The Cove" is a townhome development located within "The Shores".
    This is a year-round getaway. The White Mountains community offers year-round activities: Winter skiing (both downhill and cross country) and snowboarding, boating and hiking in the summer, fishing and golfing in both the spring and fall... just for starters!

    Included in your rental is the use of a 2-person kayak!

     

    Rates:

     OFF SEASON: October-April $135 per night weekdays, $165/night weekends $870 per week.  Rates are for 2 people.  Two night minimum stay.

    SUMMER SEASON: May-September $155 per night weekdays, $175 per night weekends. $970 per week.  Rates are for 2 people.

    June, July and August 1 week minimum.

    Add $10 per night per extra person. 

     $90 cleaning fee.

     $300 refundable security deposit.

     

    Holiday rates slightly higher with longer minimum stays.
